Intellectual Property
All branding, content, and proprietary trading algorithms featured on this platform are the exclusive property of Teleportz Enterprises.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate trade documentation and maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any fraudulent activity or misuse of trade data will result in immediate termination of services.
Force Majeure
Teleportz Enterprises is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, or global shipping strikes.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violations of these terms or due to changes in regulatory compliance requirements.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Teleportz Enterprises PVT Ltd. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
